 BIOLOGICAL PROCESS CONTROL
« One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources, the output of which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an experience set.»

PERCEPTION

«Human Network Attacks (local copy), FMSO study (see especially section titled "Reflexive Control: an Information Weapon Subset")

"In military actions, attacking minds_that is the primary mission; attacking fortifications, that is a secondary mission. Psychological war is the main thing. Combat is secondary." — Third Century Chinese Military Theoretician
    • Russian military theorist S.A. Komov has written that RC [reflexive control] is a form of "intellectual" IW. He offered the following eleven types of intellectual IW for use against systems, people, alliances or forces in the field:
      • Distraction—during preparatory stages of combat operations, creating a real or imaginary threat against one of the most vital enemy places such as flanks and rear, forcing him to reevaluate his decisions to operate on this or that axis.
      • Overload—often manifested by sending the enemy a large amount of conflicting information.
      • Paralysis—creating the belief of a specific threat to a vital interest or weak spot.
      • Exhaustion—cause the enemy to carry out useless operations, thereby entering combat with expended resources.
      • Deception—during preparatory stages of combat operations, force the enemy to reallocate forces to a threatened spot.
      • Divisive techniques—cause the enemy to believe he must operate in opposition to coalition interests.
      • Pacification—through a peaceful attitude and approach cause the enemy to lose vigilance.
      • Deterrence—create the impression of superiority.
      • Provocation—force enemy action advantageous to your side.
      • Suggestion—offer information that affects the enemy legally, morally, ideologically or in other areas.
      • Pressure—offer information that encourages society to discredit its own government. »

«The Mind Has No Firewall, by Thomas, in Parameters, Spring 1998
An entirely new arsenal of weapons, based on devices designed to introduce subliminal messages or to alter the body's psychological and data-processing capabilities, might be used to incapacitate individuals. These weapons aim to control or alter the psyche, or to attack the various sensory and data-processing systems of the human organism. In both cases, the goal is to confuse or destroy the signals that normally keep the body in equilibrium.»

«The report titled "Bioeffects Of Selected Nonlethal Weapons" was released under the US Freedom of Information Act and is available on this website (pdf). The DoD has confirmed to New Scientist that it released the documents, which detail five different "maturing non-lethal technologies" using microwaves, lasers and sound.
Released by US Army Intelligence and Command at Fort Meade, Maryland, US, the 1998 report gives an overview of what was then the state of the art in directed energy weapons for crowd control and other applications.» [The Underline is mine] http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn13513-us-army-toyed-with-telepathic-ray-gun.html

3 JULY, 2008 - NEW SCIENTIST
"Microwave Ray Gun Controls Crowds with Noise"
«A US company claims it is ready to build a microwave ray gun able to beam sounds directly into people's heads. The device dubbed MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio) exploits the microwave audio effect, in which short microwave pulses rapidly heat tissus, causing a shockwave inside the skull that can be detected by the ears. A series of pulses can be transmitted to produce recognisable sounds. The device is aimed for military or crowd-control applications, but may have other uses.  (...)You might see neural damage"» «Sierra Nevada says that a demonstration version could be built in a year, with a transportable system following within 18 months. They are currently seeking funding for the work from the US Department of Defence. "Subliminal Messages Can Influence People In Surprising Ways"
«Further, the researchers say that their studies indicate that, in general, subliminal messages -- that is, messages that are processed by our brains but never reach our consciousness -- do indeed influence explicit attitudes and real-life political behavior, a significant extension to what we know about the effects of non-conscious processes. The studies, led by cognitive scientist Dr. Ran Hassin of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Psychology Department, show that the subliminal presentation of a national symbol affects not only political attitudes, but also voting intentions and actual voting in general elections.» [The underline is mine] http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/12/071227183859.htm

"UCL study: subliminal messaging ‘more effective when negative’"
«Previous studies have already hinted that people can unconsciously pick up on subliminal information intended to provoke an emotional response, but limitations in the design of the studies have meant that the conclusions were ambiguous.
Today the journal Emotion publishes a study led by Professor Nilli Lavie (UCL Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience), which provides evidence that people are able to process emotional information from subliminal images and demonstrates conclusively that even under such conditions, information of negative value is better detected than information of positive value.» [The underline is mine] http://www.ucl.ac.uk/news/news-articles/0909/09092801

  • «Calls in particular for an international convention for a global ban on all research and development, whether military or civilian, which seeks to apply knowledge of the chemical, electrical, sound vibration or other functioning of the human brain to the development of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings, including a ban on any actual or possible deployment of such systems;...»
  • «So-called ’non-lethal’ weapons are not a new type of weapon but have existed for many years in such forms as water cannons, rubber bullets and tear gas. However, at the present time, more and more advanced weapon techniques have been developed which are labelled non-lethal despite the fact that an cause extensive damage and even result in invalidity or death
  • «Both material and antipersonnel technologies have been developed. One example is acoustic weapons which are capable of confusing and disorientating and thereby neutralising an enemy by producing a low level of sound, known as infra-sound. Other examples are adhesive foam and blinding lasers. Chemicals which discolour water can affect both agriculture and the population.
With the aid of electromagnetic beams it is possible to knock out the enemy’s computer, navigation and communication systems. Non-lethal weapons can also be used against a country’s infrastructure and authorities, bring the railway system to a standstill or cause chaos in a country’s financial world.
What these weapons have in common is that they are intended to delay, obstruct and overcome a potential enemy at ’strategic level’....»

Indivíduo-Alvo/ T.I. -Target Individual

Indivíduo-Alvo

T.I. - Target Individual

One in many in the world.

The individual is somehow listed as target, then locked in, follow/torture 24h/7 by electronic weapons. This highly advanced technology, that has almost an invisible exposition in the mainstream and in the knowledge possessed by society, is being used on innocent civilians that appear to have at least one constant in common - they have a mind of their own.

The informational gap is huge and this can compromiss, even block, the individual's capability to process and think about the possibility, about the hypotesis, of a new world's vision.

There is a need to question the status of the actual technology to have a glimpse of what appears to be a Controlled World.
